These websites are great resources for readers to discover new mystery authors. From hard-boiled detective and dark psychological thrillers to light, witty cozy mysteries, check out the bloggers below, subscribe to their newsletters, and be sure to read about the mystery titles they recommend!

DEBBI MACK

Debbi Mack is the New York Times bestselling author of Identity Crisis, a female sleuth mystery. Not only has Debbi Mack gone on to pen dozens of mystery novels, she also hosts the Crime Cafe Podcast, which I binge-watched to catch up and now never miss an episode. Her website has a Blog where you can find Book Reviews. Before long, Debbi will post her review of Mira Gibson's hard-boiled police procedural, Lunatic (The Kensington Killers, Book One)

KATHY L. BROWN WRITES

Kathy L. Brown is an author based in St. Louis, Missouri, whose first novel The Big Cinch was published by Montag Press and has the best book cover of all time… but I digress. Her website has a Book Reviews section where you can discover new authors and titles. Next month in May, Kathy will post her review of Mira Gibson's small town murder mystery, Who Killed Leeanne? Around the same time, on May 15th, the guest blog that Mira Gibson wrote for the Kathy L. Brown website will be published, entitled Location For Inspiration.

Catherine Gibson's book cover for The Matchmaker Murders Season One features a romantic couple standing in front of a pink background.

CATHERINE GIBSON'S

THE MATCHMAKER MURDERS

(SEASON ONE)

Catherine Gibson is on fire right now. Fans of cozy mysteries can't seem to get enough of Penny Matchmaker, the mild-mannered Christian sleuth from Vermont. In the coming months, five bloggers will read and review this cozy mystery title, which is excellent timing, since Season Two of The Matchmaker Murders is scheduled to publish in early June! Check out the bloggers and their websites, and be sure to subscribe to their newsletters if you want to discover great authors you may never have heard of before!

Lastly, Mystery Royalty wants to thank Sarah and Marc Galvin, owners of The Bookstore Plus for carrying Mira Gibson's mystery novel, Who Killed Leeanne? in their brick-and-mortar bookstore located in Lake Placid, NY. You can also buy Who Killed Leeanne? from their online bookstore.
